Kimberly Nybo

Tammy started her career with the Kimberly Nybo Insurance agency in May 2011. Tammy has been in the insurance industry since she was a sophomore in High School and was licensed at the age of 17. She is now the agency manager and provides assistance to the team as well as all of your auto, home, life, and business insurance needs. Tammy is married, has four grown kids, and one granddaughter. She loves the outdoors; hiking, fishing and hunting, and kayaking.

My name is Karina Guzman I live in Purdy Missouri but was born in Chicago Illinois. I have been with State Farm coming up on 10 years. I have 2 beautiful girls with my husband Michael and two fur babies Pistol Pete and Johnny. We enjoy cooking together at home, going to the park, and doing some educational activities and crafts to keep us busy. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ava started with the Kimberly Nybo Agency in July of 2021 and is licensed in property/casualty and life/health insurance. Ava had been living in Wyoming for the past four years and recently moved back to her home state of Wisconsin in July of 2022. In her spare time, Ave enjoys reading a good book, dirt biking and snowmobiling, and hanging out with family and friends. She also raises chickens and loves to garden in the summer months.

Lindsey started with Kimberly Nybo Agency January 2024. In 2016 she started in the insurance industry and is licensed in property and casualty. Lindsey was born and raised in Southwest Missouri and enjoys her quiet life in the country, however she and her husband Devin are quite busy with their 5 kids and all their activities. In Lindsey’s spare time she enjoys watching sports, reading, gardening, working out and being outdoors. Lindsey loves to travel and hopes to visit all the national parks one day.

Tony started with the Kimberly Nybo Agency in December of 2021. He is licensed in property/casualty and life/health insurance. Tony was born and raised in Mounds View and currently lives in Maplewood with his wife and their three cats. Tony enjoys hunting and fishing.

Marlen was originally born in Seattle, raised in Minneapolis, and recently moved back from living in AZ for 3 years.

She's the oldest sister to her 3 other siblings and has a little 3-year-old nephew.

She loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, Mexican food, and dancing!

Before this Marlen did 2 years of paralegal work and is now excited to be starting her time in insurance.

After over twenty years of retail management, Michael turned fifty and decided to try insurance for his golden years. He started in 2017 in the insurance industry and has been with the Kimberly Nybo Agency since 2018. He can meet your needs for auto, home, life, and business insurance. Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa and now happy in the Twin Cities. If he's not watching movies, listing to music or playing with pets in his spare time then you'll find him along with his spouse raising money for various non-profit organizations with a local philanthropy organization.

Tiffany has been with State Farm since 2016 and is our "go to" person for our customers at our Minneapolis office. In her spare time, Tiffany likes to golf, travel, going out to new restaurants, and trying new food and wine. She has two adult children and is in a long-term relationship with Jack. Tiffany moved to downtown Minneapolis in 2021 and loves the city life!

Bernie has been in the insurance industry specializing in life and health for over 10 years after her healthcare career as an Ultrasound Technician and managing healthcare related facilities. In Bernie's spare time, she and her husband enjoy the 3 F’s ... Family, football and fishing! They have 3 children and two furry kids.

Aridai serves our customer as an insurance customer service representative. Ari is licensed to assist you with Auto and Home insurance. Although Ari grew up in Morelos, Mexico she now calls Minneapolis, MN home. When Ari is not busy helping our customers at our office, Aridai enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. After working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, Shannon began her career with Kim Nybo Agency in 2020 where she is licensed to write property/casualty & life/health insurance. She was born and raised in Iowa and has lived all over the US after marrying her husband in 2012. She loves travelling with her husband Jim, and 2 dogs Lucy and Chip.

Imelda has worked with the Kimberly Nybo Agency since May 2023. Imelda is licensed in property/casualty and life/health. She moved to the United States from Mexico twenty-five years ago and is fluent in both English and Spanish and is ready to help with all insurance needs. Imelda has been married for over thirty years, has one adult daughter and during her free time she likes cooking and spending time with her dog.

Jon was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota and is happy to be in the great state of Minnesota. Jonathan makes sure he exceeds customer expectations by going the extra mile to make sure that our customers find the right insurance plan to fit their individual needs. In his spare time, Jonathan loves to hike, bike, fish, hunt, and spend time with family and friends.

Corynn has worked for the Kimberly Nybo Agency since the summer of 2021. She graduated from Concordia Saint Paul with a degree in business management and a minor in marketing in the Spring of 2024. Corynn was a student athlete and played soccer for Concordia. She is licensed in property/casualty and life/health and works to service with every customer that comes into the office. When not at work, Corynn enjoys playing soccer, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Gage started with Kimberly Nybo State Farm in April of 2024. He pursued his undergraduate degree in Business at the University of St. Thomas and is now licensed in Property and Casualty insurance on track to gain his Life and Health insurance license. When he is not helping customers cover their property, he can be found outdoors enjoying nature, exploring local breweries, or enjoying Minneapolis nightlife with his friends. Brittany is a dedicated professional with a rich background in transportation, spanning over 25 years. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Brittany developed a strong work ethic from an early age, beginning her journey in transportation at just 15 years old. Brittany’s extensive experience in the field has honed her skills in logistics, operations management, and customer service. Now, at 44, Brittany has transitioned into a new chapter of her career, venturing into the insurance industry joining the Kimberly Nybo Agency in April of 2024. Off-duty, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially her 9-year-old son Ayden and Boyfriend. She has a passion for cooking and loves to travel. Derek grew up in Wadsorth Ohio, moved to California in 2013 and three years ago traveled to Minnesota with his wife. Derek currently lives with his wife, his dog, and his cat. Derek works hard and is always trying to lend a hand. He loves learning new things and wants to be the light at the end of the tunnel that people can see when times get hard. He plays video games and enjoys watching Netflix and Hulu.

Rollen Otness started with State Farm in the Fall of 2013, and the Kimberly Nybo Agency in February of 2015 . He is licensed in property/casualty and life/health insurance. Rollen was born and raised here in the twin cities, and currently lives in Dayton, MN with his wife and their 2 boys, and 2 dogs. Rollen is a CODA and fluent in ASL (American Sign Language). He enjoys spending time with his friends and family along with Golfing and watching anything Minnesota sports related.
