"My husband and I have had a homeowner's policy with Kim Nybo's State Farm office for 15 years. We've always received solid service. But, when it came time to file our first claim, that's when she and her staff really shined. "Brittany Mulliner is one of the best insurance reps I have ever worked with. Our home was hit by a major storm on June 21st just 3 days after my husband was diagnosed with advanced stage lung cancer. Brittany went to bat for us helping me complete our claim while my husband started chemo and radiation at Mayo Clinic. She worked above and beyond a local office's responsibilities to make sure we received the funding to repair the damages. I called on her to use her Superpowers as an interface with the claims professionals many times over the past few weeks and she rose to the occasion every single time! Kimberly obviously hires team members that truly understand the importance of great customer service and Britt is an outstanding example of that."
